Who we are

What we collect

This is a simple static website. We do not run accounts or sell anything online. We only receive personal data when you choose to give it to us:

• If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
• If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Google Calendar, which collects the details you enter to make the booking.

How we use it

We use the information solely to respond to you and to arrange and carry out work you've asked about. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Legal basis

Under the GDPR, we process this data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

Sharing

We don't share your data except with the service providers that make this site and our communication work — for example Google (email and calendar) and our hosting provider. These act as processors on our behalf.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email bogdan@2bconsultingservices.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, then delete it.
